no. that's weird.

but you can't help who you love. I think in that case you and your husband would have to get divorced, and then he would no longer be your step-son.

it's ILLEGAL to marry your stepson. you are married to the boy's father, and when you said "I do" -- you are saying that you will be there for him (your spouse), you accept everything that comes with him (excess baggage). in that way, you are also saying yes to being a mother figure to his son. otherwise, why would they use the word "step-mother?" why not "father's wife" or something like that. and also it is morally wrong... think woody allen and his stepdaughter.
and how old is the boy? people go to jail for that you know?

Legal if you didn't adopt him. Sounds like a desperate attempt to regain lost youth, and this will alienate you from the the rest of your family for the rest of your life; not to mention that the relationship has a slim chance of lasting once you're older.

It's legal because there is no blood relation. Its just a little immoral, you once treated him like a son and now you'll be sleeping with him. But if you love each other, thats what matters. You can't help who you love!

It is probably legal,....This is America after all, I'm sure there is some support group who supports this kinda thing. But, why would you do this?....Why would anyone do that?.....Dont you think people would ridicule you for this?......You wanna deal with all that?

Legal, yes! Smart, maybe not so. Strange, oh hell yes!

Can you imagine the repercussions? If you can live with them, then more power to ya.

It is legal as long as he is over 18 and his dad says it's o.k.

Play with someone your own age.

No because neither you or he are related by blood. But if you're still married to his father then yes it would be because you are still married

not to my knowledge but it depends on how old he is and if u really love him that u would want to marry him or if its just motherly love if it is don't do it u'll throw your whole life away and plus u have to find out if u'd want to be with him physicaly like live with just him and that u really love him not that ur just physically attracted to him and stuff. and u have to find out if he loves u b4 u go confessing everything. so just make sure u really love him and he really loves u.
