I Strongly believe climate change is apon us, and i have done research to back that up.
I have watched videos on youtube about climate change being fake, and a hoax, and that Al Gore is full of it, but i dont understand why...

What Does Everyone else Think...
Do You Believe it...

If You Dont believe it, i would like a good reason why...

Will you stop driving to see your friends? Will you stop running the AC? Will you stop using hot water? Will you take the bus? Will you stop eating food grown on a farm the pollutes with it's use of fertilizer? Will you quit using the computer? Please let me know what we should do to help stop GW.

Personally I am not stopping anything. I will run gas through my car all week and my boat all weekend.

There are no SUVs or people wasting energy on Mars. Anybody think that maybe the sun is the culprit? Or maybe human-caused global warming is just a myth that enviromentalist have brainwashed us into believing?

This question relates to global warming and environmental degradation. In the present day many people are concerned about climate change and the damages human activities are causing to the planet and environment. It seems, for the most part, to be global warming that is causing people to believe or not, in changing our activities and protecting the environment. My question is - personally, putting all issues aside, do you feel that the environment is worth respecting and saving just for its asthetic and ecological value? If climate change hadn't been promoted and was not known, would your own values and morals see you respecting the environment? Why is it that many people are only interested in actively respecting the environment now?

As we find Aprils getting cooler (not this year though) and Octobers getting warmer is it possible that the seasons have slipped a month. Could the Earth have moved slightly on its axis in relation to the sun so moving the UK slightly south?

Do you think that global warming is just a natural phenomenon, and that the Earth will somehow adapt itself to the warming up of the oceans, and the melting of the icecaps?
Please keep it short.

So, when I was prosecuting, I shouldn't have had to prove that the defendant killed the victim, I should have been allowed just to prove twice that she was dead, and then get a conviction?

Does that make any sense to you?

Doesn't make any sense to me.

Because in the US alone, carbonated beverages produced 6000 million tons of CO2 last year. How come nobodys bellyaching about that? What, it's fine to sound like an environmentalist until you might have to sacrafice something????? What could possibly justify carbonated beverages if CO2 is such a naughty molecule? Maybe we aren't getting all the truth? Maybe Uncle Al can't do without a Diet Coke? Or somebody owns stock? Or maybe, just MAYBE, Global Warming has nothing to do with humans or our CO2???? HHHHmmmmmm????

There are no CO2 gases building, no cows, no planes, no deforrestation? All the evidence points to the warming trend of our sun. Isn't there some way Al Gore can find to blame us here on Earth for it?

There is conclusive evidence that the facts aren't there for global warming and that the earth goes through cycles (for example temps have DROPPED for the past 8 years in the southern hemisphere). However, if there is no GW, people don't get money to meet their agendas. But, most people don't investigate the facts. They choose rather to believe interpretations of facts through a filter (the media). IF most people are smart; is the media to blame?

I am not going to debate if global warming is happening or not, but shouldnt we be looking to save our environment and rainforest anyway?

Havnt we been in an evironmental crisis since the beginning of the industrial age.?

Ultimatley shouldnt we be looking to move toward more sustainable solutions that dont harm the environment anyway despite global warming....

Isn't renewable energy our solution to dependency on foreign oil sources and fossil fuel?

How can anyone try to discredit the importance of sustainability, the environment and renewable energy in future societies?

"The UN says so" is not proof.

Anyone else saying so is not proof.

Accusing me of hating the planet or being a Christian fundamentalist is not proof.

Accusing me of being paid by Exxon is not proof.

Accusing me of working for the Bush Administration is not proof.

Pointing out that the Iraq war is going badly is not proof.

Accusing me of having similarities to the tobacco lobby is not proof.

None of those things are even relevant.

Repeating that it's us over and over again is not proof that it is.

Accusing me of putting my head in the sand is not proof.

Proving that it is warmer than it was 100 years ago is not proof that we are the cause of it.

Denying that it was warmer 1000 years ago than it is today not only is not proof but is another reason for me to not give you the benefit of the doubt even though you don't have proof.

Proof. P R O O F.

Put up or shut up.

If other planets are warming, as is ours, can we still assume that we are responsible for the warming taking place here? Honest question.

Late-Night Jokes About Global Warming
"According to a new U.N. report, the global warming outlook is much worse than originally predicted. Which is pretty bad when they originally predicted it would destroy the planet." --Jay Leno

"The report on climate change said that humans are very likely making the planet warmer. To which Hillary Clinton said, 'Hey, can't blame me for that one.'" --Jay Leno

"President Bush has a plan. He says that if we need to, we can lower the temperature dramatically just by switching from Fahrenheit to Celsius" --Jimmy Kimmel, on fighting global warming

"Scientists say because of global warming they expect the world's oceans to rise four and a half feet. The scientists say this can mean only one thing: Gary Coleman is going to drown." --Conan O'Brien

So i was watching this show of the Niagra Falls and they say that a dam was built to help control errosion of the falls and to help preserve the falls for future generations. The water flow is controlled and is flowing a fraction of what it should be. But why do we care what the flow is. Niagra Falls have been around for a while and I am assuming will be around long after I am long gone. And I understand that we create "Green" energy from the falls, But does this lack of natural flow of water prevent the natural water movement. i.e. all the polar caps melting ... lack of water in Lake Ochachobee ... Mountain with less snow. I am not a republican, just wondering what effects a dam has on the enviroment?

I have research paper I have to write about global warming. I believe it's natural causes, since we only have 0.054% CO2 in the atmosphere compared to 95% CO2 from water vapor that is natural. Please give me any sites or facts. Thanks.
