looking for software for my computer. to let me record my guitar and vocals, any ideas? and good websites to check out. i'm new at this, but i've been writing my own songs and stuff for a while so any help would be greatly apreciated. anyways..any other details..i found a thing where i can plug my guitar into my computer and it comes with software but i'm looking to record vocals to like with a mic or something...like i said..i'm new at this..please help me

why are people into rap and emo?? 1st off rap has no real instrument in any song.... and they all sound the same. always trying to be gangsta like.....
2nd emo is so lame, i mean play something better than three guitar chords in a song... where the heck are the cool solos?? and all the songs are sung by guys who dress like girls and sound like them too.... and all emo songs are about suicide and crap like that..... get a life and stop trying to get attention.

I think this instrument has a very pretty sound and I was planning on buying one. However I came across a problem, which key do you buy it in? For example, I saw one on ebay which stated it was in G or F key.

How different are they? Are the fingerings the same, but the notes sound different? I play the flute, would that relate to which key I should get?

ok i cant remember if this songs from teh 90's or 80's but i rmember hearing it when i was little im not sure if these r even the words to it but this is what i remember how the song goes heres a verse i remember "here we all go to the east side guns all loaded as we go for a ride ride all night and we ride all day." and thats all i can remember of teh song so yeah its not rap eigtehr its like some pop alternative rock or sommin but it definatley wasnt rap.

Ok well I heard a song on the radio that I liked but I don't know the name.
It has a can of electric type sound to it and the chorus I believe is something like, "mudslide falling down the mountin side." Or something like that....

I have four different guitars picked out and I was wondering which one is the best choice. I've been playing an acoustic for about five months and this will be my first electric guitar.

I've narrowed it down to these four:

Fender Stratocaster
Fender Telecaster
Gibson V-Factor(Flying V)
ESP EX LTD EX-400(Explorer)

also if anyone have a link to where I can listen to what each guitar sounds like it will be very helpful.
