Movies - 20 December 2007

In the first film there was an important character called Sergeant Al Powell. In the end he saved the lives of Mr and Mrs McClaine by shooting the last terrorist. This character also had a cameo in Die Hard 2. Why was he not in 3 + 4? Why was he in 2? Was he supposed to have a bigger role in 2 but the actor wasn't availalbe? Does anyone know?

This movie is from the 70's or early 80's. It was a live-action movie about a large stuffed Snoopy doll that had stolen jewels or other valuables hidden inside of him. Thieves were trying to get it back from the kid(s) who owned the Snoopy, and at one point in the film the Snoopy doll ends up in the air in a hot-air balloon. I cannot find any info on this movie. I believe it was a TV movie of the week, not a theatrical release, but I am not sure. I know I did'nt imagine it. I think it has not been aired for over 25 years.

Theres a movie that i used to watch when i was a kid, and I just wanted to watch it again, but the dvd is sracked and I cant play it anymore, I tried washing it with water, but that didnt work ethier... is there anyway to fix this problem?

the catapilar takes the "hookah" (smopking opium) and sleepily asks "whoooo are YOU"
-Alice eats magic mushrooms to grow
-she halusinates through out the whole story
-and everything is "trippy"
-Hat maker high on mercury
-A drunk rat
-a white rabbit (kinda a slang for cocain)
-Alice drinking liqued substances to grow and shrink

There is so many more I jsut can't think of them at the moment. It's even said that Lewis Carroll (the author of the novel) was a constant user of drugs himself, especially opium since iv herd it was actaully legal in England at the time.....

that movie used to scare me sooo much when i was little. especially the part in the woods with that stupid freaky cat!!... sooo was she on drugs or.... tell me what you think!!... tell me what other movie was in dugs!??

Like someone is at theater, and you know about a movie, and you hated it, so you tell them not to see it, and they don't.

For instance, I saw a religious woman and her teenage daughter at Knocked up, and told her of all the F words, and they left.

not just moral issues, maybe the movie was just stupid and a waste of time and money.

On a scale of 0-10 what do you give Maximum Overdrive?

Me I would give it a 7, it wasn't what you call a great movie but it is a very enjoyable and the cheese factor was really high, I do wish the characters would have better character development though.

OMG!!! I was, like channel surfing, recently, and I clicked into the middle of a really growdy scene for what appeared to be a very strange movie (might have been horror); this guy was, like in bed, dreaming of a large set of breasts. Suddenly, he wakes up in absolute horror, when he realizes that he, himself, has grown a large set of breasts. Yuck!!! It was such a weird and disturbing image, I almost gagged, and I instantly switched channels...

...anyone know what the f**k I was watching???

I would like to know how it is to work at a movie theater. My friend said all his friends hate it because they don't have a lot of free time on the weekends.

My local theater is hiring. I work at Taco Bell and I'm looking for a new place to go.

So I was wondering if anyone could tell me how working at a theater is like?

It has to be better than fast food, right?
