...I would have absolutely loved to have been a fly on the wall, listening in on the eclectically creative writers, trying to describe, act out the premise to, and convince the lethargic, grim-faced, stiff-shirted and stogie-smoking studio executives, that "Being John Malkovich" would be a good idea for a movie...
...thankfully, they must have gotten hold of some very liberal and open-minded execs, as this film was one of the most original, surreal and comical films of that year...
