My guess would be either The bells of St. Marys, White Christmas, or Holiday Inn.. White Christmas is really the only one I watch as an adult.. (and only because I think Danny Kaye is amazing in everything he's done)
The one I remember watching every year as a kid would be Santa Clause the Movie.. although, being a rather unusual kid.. my favorite character was the guy played by John Lithgow

The first Christmas movie I watched as a kid was The Snowman - it made me cry! I can't remember how old I was though. It's sometimes on TV around Christmas time - if I'm in the mood I watch it for old times sake!

The Muppet Christmas movie - not the newer one - the one made in the 80's. Loved it as a child. Who knows - maybe this christmas (many, many years later) I'll watch it again, just for old time sake.

I never feel in the Christmas mood until I see "Love Actually". It's great to watch anytime, but especially around Christmas.
As far as classic Christmas movies go, I'd have to say my favorite is "A Christmas Story". I only watch it once per year...which is easy, since TBS starts playing it 24/7 this weekend. lol.
