I was in a toy store and couldn't believe they are still selling the figures, like 20 years or more later...except now they are way more expensive, and bigger

I am looking for the special edition Lord of the rings dvd (the one with the extended scenes and awesome special features). Do they sell them in stores (can you name the store) or do you have to buy it off the internet now? Also, how much does one cost, I would like it for Christmas but I do not want my parents buying something too expensive.

It's about this guy. As a kid he makes friends with another kid and they smoke pot and stuff...I believe it's based in the 60's or 70's... well his friend sleeps over and they end up giving each other hand jobs. (weird i know but it was really good) When they get older they find another partner ( a girl) and they are happy with each other and then they end up splitting up or something. At the end she has a kid I think? If someone could help me out with the title...or any actor or actresses name...that would be sweet thanks!

Anyone remember a film from the mid-seventies about a little black boy in the ghetto who befriends a cat? And everyday after school he hangs with this little black and white cat. And one day he comes home from school but can't find the cat, he finds him dead in an abandoned refrigerator in courtyard. Anyone know the film? I don't know if it was the afterschool special, or the movie of the week. Can anyone help?

6 words, 23 letters, has a comma, last word is home. It is from a American movie that was originally black and white but has been remade as color. I THINK that is from The Wizard of Oz but I can't find a quote that will fit all of the clues. It could be from another movie.

I am just wanting to compare how the hard boiled detective thriller has changed over the years, so 2 that you could compare well would be ideal? Not Maltese Falcon or The Big Sleep. Thanks

I get really bored after the first few minutes of this film. Why do people love it so much? I know it was groundbreaking at the time, but does that actually make it any good? It seems so overhyped!

I started watching "The Squid and the Whale" last night and wound up turning it off after about 30 minutes. I found all the characters to be hateful and I couldn't stand the dad or oldest son - the arrogant intellectualism was a major turn off.

I'm just curious to hear thoughts from anyone else who has seen the movie.

Does anyone else think that some movies and shows rated 'G', are simply rated too carelessly?

For example, I was watching an episode of the Simpsons the other day (also rated G), and I was mortified at the amount of uncencored swearing and sexually based comments/suggestions that were made, in just one episode!

Imagine how this moulds our future generations, if they are constantly subjected to these sorts of media?
