i know, it's the thought that counts, but let's admit it.. we've all received a gift or two that made us think "WHY THE HELL DID YOU GET ME THAT?"

Mine- for my 13th Birthday my dad gave me a BONZAI plant. I have no interest in plants, never have and he was a day late.. I really wanted to cry I was so disappointed. ( i was disappointed because I felt like he didn't put any thought into it, as i never wanted anything of the sort)

The plant sat on the porch all winter and that is where it met it's demise. I wasn't selfish enough to tell my dad how much i hated it or how disappointed i was, but i think he got the idea.. he never showed up with another plant.

People hold the door open for you, but you are really far away (they didn't really need to hold it for you) and then you have to speed walk so you won't be a jerk and have them standing there for five minutes. People always do that to me. Just go ahead. Unless you see I some physically deficiency, I can probably make it in the door without it being held for me. It's just annoying...

Jesus, Moses, and an old man are playing golf.
Moses tees up and hits his ball into the water trap.
Nonplussed, he goes over to the lake, parts the water with his club,
and hits the ball onto the green.
Jesus tees up next, and also manages to land in the water trap,
where the ball curiously floats.
So he walks down to the lake, across the water,
and hits his ball out onto the green.
Last to tee up is the old man, whose ball heads straight for the water also.
As the ball hits the surface of the water, a fish jumps up and swallows it
and is immediately grabbed by an eagle,
which deposits the fish on the green.
The ball shoots out of the fish's mouth and rolls into the cup.
