Cyndi Lauper is the lady who is the second person to sing after Michael Jackson's "When you're down and out, there sees no hope at all." She sings "Well well well let us realilze oh that a change can only come."
Cyndi Lauper became famous with her super hit "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" back in the 1980's.
