I made a fake myspace just to add some people who i don't like and make fun of their myspaces

If you are young a "fake" profile is not a bad idea.
Stopping people knowing real information about you, can have advantages -
And no one can steal the identity of a fake profile, to open credit cards in your name.
People give too much real information about themselves.
We are told, to be safe --- how much have you told cyberspace about yourself

Haha I made a fake myspace page for this one girl my best friend hooked up with, It was hilarious... She had like 35 friends before it got deleted lol

Yeah. There was this boy who me and my boyfriend hated because he was a pervert, so we made a profile on myspace, pretending to be him and started flaming people to get him in trouble.
It was funny, but harsh.

No, I haven't.
Using any copyrighted material that doesn't belong to you/anything you don't own the rights to (photos that aren't yours) is illegal. Even taking copyrighted text is illegal and punishable by law.
Not smart ;)
