I'm teaching myself guitar playing, and I'm doing fairly well I think.

But now comes guitar chords, and I don't understand them. Are guitar chords independent of tabs and notation? Do you need guitar chords if you're just reading notation? What is the purpose of them?

Please explain as if you are explaining to a total novice.

I love DMX. Especially the song Lord give me a sign. My husband hates him and doesn't like me listening 2 hi

My husband doesn't like me listening to DMX. I love him because he is real and he talks about his life. I like him because he has his ups and down and he shows it, he is not trying to be something his not. What can I do to show my husband that it's not that I like him because of the way he looks, it's because in some of his songs especially Lord give me a sign, I actually feel that it's me.

What's your idea for a goofy superhero?

I want to write a strip about Indestructible Man -- he can't fight, he isn't smart, has no super strength, isn't particularly resourceful, but he's doggedly determined and absolutely unkillable. Through sheer persistence, he frustrates his enemies into making mistakes.

Or longevity man, who simply outlives his enemies. Or "Always Gets In Over His Head Boy".

Tell me your goofy idea for a superhero. Not something that would be cool, something that would be silly, a superpower that would cause almost as many problems as it would fix, and bring more laughs than thrills to the comics page.
