For classic Superman comics, go to Superman Through The Ages. That site has the best stories from the very beginning of Superman and they are well worth reading just to understand how far the characters have come in seventy years.

They are grouped in stories by decade, and they have some of the best and most remembered stories. They also have a section for classic Superman/Batman team ups, and the Superman/ Batman sons sagas, as well as art and fanfic.

Happy reading!

The best site for doing this, specially for those ones who love DC just like me, is: http://www.aibq.com/. You'll find there dozens and dozens of DC Comics' old stuff! Just for picking up some examples, you can read there the super classic&rare Superman vs Shazam comic book and many good old stories from Aquaman, Doom Patrol, Justice Society of America, Justice League of America, Flash and Green Lantern! Actually, that great team intend to turn available all the comics published by DC until 1980.
