What is the difference in education standards for that country, Are there less modules? What does the degree qualification from Nigeria compare with in this country. What is the standard of education like in that country. My friend has a masters degree and it is not recognised in this country Why is This?

Been thinking, how do you enter an international school in Japan exactly? Do you have to have parents who work there? or is that just to make sure that tuitions are paid on time?

Is it possible to just waltz in and apply for a foreigner? ppl say that expats are only ones allowed to go there, but I can't see how since expats are defined as anyone who lives in a foreign country.

- i'm a international student , just like singapore we're taking GCE o'level (like the one in the UK)

- I wanted to study in U.S maybe in business school like university of berkeley,

- can i straight away apply for the course, or i have to take A levels? or sat ?

- and what subject i need to take in order to get in to UCB(university of california berkeley) easily?

I am a sophmore in High school and I am thinking of applying for the Rotary Youth Exchange program. Since the process takes time, I have to apply this year and if I get chosen, I will go next year. My question is, If I do this program would it help me get into college? My history teacher told us that if you had this program on your transcript, colleges would be impressed (since very few do it) and it would really set you aside from other applicants for college.

i'm really interested in doing a postgraduate in medicine in the US after i finish my dgree here in Scotland but i was wanting to know:

Is it easier to get into American Universities for medicine than British ones?

Would my degree still count the same as a British one to employers?

Would it be very expensive? :s i'm not sure where i would get funding as it would be my second degree.

Any help with any of my questions would be really appreciated! Thank you!

We both are students at a jr college in tx and while he is working we would have to put aside $1000 a month till then to do it and we cant pay bills and ect if we put aside that much a month. Does anyone know any good sponsers, scholorships, ect that could help us?

Everyone in my class are running around trying to study for it. I studied my *** off worrying about my test last week and got an "A" but this week I have the attitude of "I could care less, Im going to do YahooAnswers and surf the net instead of studying." Any reason why I dont have the motivation to study and why Im not freaking out like everyone else is?
