Ok. Some countries have something called "Holiday Visa" that allow people to work in other countries.
So depends. You're from India, so you have to search for the agreements between India and other countries.
In other hand, you should get a "Work Visa".
But you have to find the employments first, then tell the company for a sponsorship, and with all that, you ask for the Work Visa.
It's not easy but many people get a work visa that way.

The best solution i can give you is attend some seminar which offers overseas jobs and studies. Consult embassies as well.
