Nobody knows better than you if you have the potential to do this successfully. Have you studied at the college level already, and succeeded? Have you learned a complicated subject well? Do you really, REALLY want to go to Europe? If you do, it's up to you to make it happen.

Ask the study abroad department at your university if their program is a direct exchange or sponsored by them. I know that I am going to study abroad in Europe next year and with the program I have chosen, the grades do not matter. For example, in the classes I take in Europe, I will only have to pass (whether it be a A or D); the credits will still transfer and I will maintain the GPA that I have here now. Talk to an advisor; they'll know how to handle these problems and point you in the right direction! I hope this helps and good luck!
