ive lived in the U.S. to study English for 2 yrs but i dont think i speak english well. some people dont feel good about my english, so their faces are like whatever, and they even laugh about the way i speak in english. but some people are listening to me like when they talk to american people. i know i have to improve my english and i'm trying.
what do you think of international students who dont speak english well?

If one has a qualified as a doctor in Algeria, and then they move to England, is it possible to continue studying in order to specialise? Do they need to do an exam in the UK before they can practise? How do they go about starting their studies for their specialist subject?
