If one has a qualified as a doctor in Algeria, and then they move to England, is it possible to continue studying in order to specialise? Do they need to do an exam in the UK before they can practise? How do they go about starting their studies for their specialist subject? First find a university in your field, call them up ask for the admission adviser in your field and go from there.
