There isnt much scholarship in the united states for foreign students. There is a thing called "loan" with 5% interest but you still have to "prove" you have substantial amount of money before they give you a visa. There is better scope in England than the united states for scholarship and sponsored education unless you know a faculty member who can ask a "chair donor" to sponsor you. Second, there are 30 top class colleges at cambridge university and there IS a department of pharmacology with brilliant faculty member. So, grab that scholarship by Bill Gates and go to england! ALthough known for tough university papers and exams, its also the one place that you'll have the most fun in the spare time. Hope the link helps and good luck!

Its really hard to find scholarship in the united states. One thing you can do is try to contact a college you want to study then Contact a faculty member(s) or dean of the school and tell them your deep interest, with your school report card to prove it. The nearest solution they would offer would be to give u a loan or a partial scholarship depending on your academic performance in the previous school and/or your experience in biology/chemistry or pharmacology (if u've taken already).
Second, most country offers financial leverage and incentives to study abroad. Find out if your country does offer such thing and convince the local politician or a minster to help you out.
Third, there are a number of good university to study in africa as well. Have u tried south africa? Some univ. there have very good reputation.

that would be a tough one. Most of the scholarships are being given to Americans. You might try somewhere in the EU though.

First research the colleges you might want to attend and then contact them directly to ask them. They should be able to advise you.
