This just seems like one of those "TO GOOD TO BE TRUE" tales and their must be a hitch, but where? I send you money, you send your best friend some, sounds legal to me. What do you think.

David Lynch (Eraserhead, Blue Velvet, Mullholland Drive, Twin Peaks, etc.) has established an organization whose purpose is to introduce transcendental meditation and consciousness education into the classrooms of children all over the world, in order to bring peace to individuals (Lynch believes that in order to have world peace, you must first have peaceful individuals) and allow them to access the creativity in their brains that seems to have been stifled by modern society.

According to Lynch (as well as many credible scientists), transcendental meditation offers a solution to classroom stress, clinical depression, learning disorders, high blood pressure, lack of academic achievement, and individuals not realizing their brains' full potential. Lynch operates the foundation in conjunction with Dr. John Hagelin (quantum physicist), who is responsible for creating one of (if not THE) most successful versions of the Grand Unified Field Theory.

is Lynch on the right track?

I get all A's and B's in school and I am pretty "creative." Adults trust me. But when ever someone gives me a compliment ("You're so good at art!") or particularly when my parents say I'm "bright" I get really annoyed and even mad. I'm not sure why; I think I just don't like to be put above everyone else, or maybe I just want to be like everyone else (if I do want to be like everyone, I don't currently know it), as I've never been part of the "in" or "cool" group or whatever you want to call it. Anyone have a similar reaction?

I am writing a letter to my Podiatrist and I was wondering if you knew anything that I could add to this:

"I am writing to you because I want to express my sincere appreciation for all that you’ve done for me. Not only have you helped me on one occasion with my own health problems, you’ve also made me realize that I want to help others in the same way that you’ve helped me. I have always wanted to be a doctor, but could never choose the field I wanted to study. Seeing the kindness and respect that you give your patients has inspired me to pursue a career in Podiatric medicine.

I can only hope that this letter is able to express the gratitude that I feel. I hope that I can become as great of a doctor as you are. Again, thank- you so much!"
