Find a good friend and ask them to teach you English.
They will also teach you how to pronounce the words so they sound right.
listen to anything that has English wording to it.
Also you can go to the library and get books that you can read. Like see Jack jump or the little engine that could.

Well the most easiest way to learn is by watching television. Maybe you can take an english class. Maybe an Area Career Center near you has english programs for you.

Live somewhere where they speak english, make friends that speak english and only talk in english.

buy computer programs? (at target, sam's club, etc.)
go to the library and do research, borrow videos, books
watch tv! and listen to the radio
