The classes before didnt have to pass them to graduate, only our class and beyond. its so hard now, nothing is right anymore, and that is why kids are so crazy these days, the borad of education is actually set up to fail! and that is not fair!

I mean, does the money HAVE to go twords schooling, and only schooling? Or can you put the money in the bank and use it anyway you want? Also, if you DON"T want or need to go back to school, will you NOT get the money? Will they take the money away from you if it is NOT put twords school?

i think is 90% but my friend says 60-70%. I wonder if they are stupider or smarter in California? I think using the word stupider might be an indication.
