i think is 90% but my friend says 60-70%. I wonder if they are stupider or smarter in California? I think using the word stupider might be an indication.

Yep...stupider is not a word. And it depends on your definition of stupid. Just because someone is not a genius does not mean that they are not smart. Or just because someone has a lower IQ does not mean they are not smart. Some are more book smart...some have more common sense...few have both.

It depends...geography wise, I think about 50% couldn't find Ohio or maybe New York. As far as just general brains, I think the average IQ is about 100...not too bad, but it depends on what you compare it to.

Check the Bell Curve... if you want specific I.Q... Under an 80 is below average intelligence, I believe... Or, check our literacy rates. I'M GUESSING percentage wise: 56.679969%
