www.tickle.net. The IQ test is extensive and free. The only catch is, that you have to pay for a better analysis of your scores. But don't worry if you don't want to pay, you can still get an abbreviated analysis.

Tickle.com is the best, but I'm pretty sure you have to have a membership to get a more comprehensive analysis of your IQ test.
