I have a huge debate on this tommorrow, and i really cant see how i can defend a city where they send their kids at teh age of 7 to the military, how can that be any good? Yes, the spartan women have more rights than the athenian women, but i need more reasons than just that. They are only good at war, how does that do me any good in a debate???

Okay hi i'm under so much pressure. it's my junior year in high school. I do all my homework. on a typical week i don't have much of a weekend due to homework, i don't have any leisure time. Right i'm taking a rest from it all. I need to revitalize myself. i always so tired of my daily routine. Homework for three hours, an hour of chores, an hour of study, thirty times for a shower, an hour for reading. Upon all this i still feel behind. I'm trying my best and i'm getting an A's. When i think about how much time and work i dedicate to my studies i feel like crying and just giving up hope. I work so HARD and i'm still passing with C's and D's. I'm telling the honest to God truth. I'm trying my hardest. Everyone's like that's easy how come you're not passing. It's ridiculuous. I study and they don't. I consult the teach. I do all my work. I try as hard as possible to do the extra credit when given. what should i do?

my teacher will give us examples on the board, give us a worksheet and tells us to do it. he lets us talk during quizzes.

Why Wal*Mart is Evil
Wal*Mart, the biggest store franchise in America, with low-prices, a large workforce and more stores then you can possibly count. So why is it that whenever you leave the store you feel drained of all your energy. Is it the incredible amount of congestion in the aisles, or maybe was it the all the people walking around in NASCAR shirts, fuzzy slippers and sweat pants?
So you say well, I will just go somewhere else… but you can’t. Wal*Mart has taken over America; there are hardly any other stores. Not to mention, they match any price on any sales-ad that you have, so there are no cheaper prices anywhere, which means you are basically forced to shop there. You put it off for days because you dread it, but eventually you have to go. And upon walking into the store you pick the best cart you can possibly find, and walk by the toothless old greeter. Eventually you have to squeeze down a narrow aisle full of items, and if you are lucky a small child hits you...

so i am doing a project, a victorian letter, and it is sorta a copmplaint letter that we hace to (write) to some1 in victorian England. stupid. i no. anywho, i need a problem that they had, that would be easy to write a complaint letter about. boring, but i have 2. its due monday, and i cant waste my weekend doing my English homework!!! anyway, i need a proble, i need supporting d-tails, a specific request, and a conclution.

I need help with my essay. The topic is:
"Argue for or against to proposition that White women and African American men face the same barriers to employment in today’s professions. Refer to the essays by Woolf and Gates to support your position." I don't know what to put because "White Male" is a double majority while "Black Woman" is a double minority.
If you're talking about a "White Woman" that's one majority, one minority. Same with, "Black Man". However, does race or gender shine more? If they had the same credentials who would they pick? If race and gender shine equally then how would the hiring manager choose who to hire? If the black man had 4 years of college schooling and the white woman only had some experience (or vise-versa) who would get the job?
BTW: this is supposed to be a definition essay. If you have any suggestions on how to make this a definition essay and not a debate please help with
