Try to cheer up. B's are okay. I work with people who got some C's and they're doing okay in life. Just keep up the grades. Chances are, your lousy feelings are causing your grades to suffer more than anything else. Consider going to a state college, or even junior college (but with Bs you can get into state colleges). What you need to do is find your social circle or scene. Usually, the "rejects" have their own universe of things they're into. Back in the old days, it was science fiction, punk, goth, diy, computers, skating, surfing, art, poetry, etc. You could run cross country too, that was a weirdo sport. Now all that stuff is kind of mainstream or even popular, so there must be new things that an old guy like me knows nothing about. You don't need a load of friends, just good friends. If you have interests, go and join organizations for these interests. Spend your weekends going to these things. Join a storytelling organization, or maybe find out of there's an open-mic where you can meet other writers. Hopefully, there's bus service. If there's a spot where people hang, go and hang out and try to meet people. Take a camera and ask people if you can take their pictures. Take a notebook and write stories. You can't count on school to get you what you want.

god if you can talk, then dont study just get your smart neighbor do the work then copy
if the tests are different, you can always give a 3 bucks to the guy and have him do the test for you
make a cheat sheet, and tape it to your calculator, i dont know if you need one though.
i seriously dont see a point to studying, but if you must, then go to your book, open it to the chapter youre having the test on, study the examples and READ the text that explains how they did it, and thats all, it should only take 20minutes, but you need high concentration, get off the computer turn off the music, go to a quiet spot study for a little bit then youre done!

Well what you need to do, is call some medical people and see if they have the new "implant information into my brain" technology. It is made especially for people who dont want to study, and it helps! Then you will wind up failing and living on the street...but thats ok because the easy route now is the best route. Good Luck!

It would be irresponsible for your teacher to pass you in this course, as you clearly know nothing about the subject matter.
See if you can get transferred to shop class or maybe home ec. That way, you'll have the training for the career life you're going to end up with, anyway.

according to what you said, your teacher doesn't sound all that great. if you are not understanding the material, you should seek for help from your peers or teacher. if that doesn't help, find a tutor. there is no fast way to study if you don't understand the material. you must memorize all the theorems and postulates and know how to apply them to the proofs and such. remember, don't take the shortcut, it is really important for you to learn and of course if you are unwilling to study, it is mainly your fault for the poor grade. good luck with your studying.

go get a tutor if u r serious about passing
..............AND.................
go to the principal and request that this teacher be reviewed ....
teachers like everyone else can be lazy, arrogant or incompetent some teachers could care less about whether u learn/pass anything it doesnt effect their paycheck...
You lose nothing by reporting that teacher doesnt bother to do much except tell you all to to worksheets and talk your way thru during quizzes...

Sounds like you simply need to accept the fact that you have to study to pass. I am sorry that you have an, apparently, poor teacher. However, you can overcome that by helping yourself, not looking for the easy way out. If you "need" something, work for it, don't look for someone to do it for you.

Try to apply the information of the test to what is happening around you. Try to see the subject as a life aspect not just something to learn from a book. What have you done to understand what it is all about? Did you understand the task itself? What is the goal you have to meet? How much time do you have to do it? Maybe you can send me an example and I can analyse with you what it is you have to do.

Study before bedtime, but not when you're overtired. Also, try not just writing down the formulas, but also saying it aloud, and repeat tis seven times. It takes at least seven times for something to get transfered from short term to long term memory. Also, you should record yourself saying the formulas, then play it while you sleep. Hearing it before you drift off to sleep really helps cement it in your head.

what you can do is a couple things,
you can spread out your studying time over the coarse of a few days,
you can make outlines of what you need to know, and only remember important things like, formulas and such.
or you can talk to other kids who do well in the class of thier study habbits
