Homework Help - September 2006

This is for a class, and the professor does NOT have the key to the problems. These are the only two that I can not figure out, and it would be great if anyone has any ideas. Plus, if I could figure out the second one it would make me one step ahead of the professor because she can't figure it out. I still have a few days before I have to turn it in, and have already been working on it for 2 days. Any ideas, comments, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU

Research of Bad Shopping Experiences
Hey everybody, I'm doin a study on shopping experiences. Just two simple questions.

1. How long do you remember good shopping experiences as opposed to bad ones?

2. On average how many people do you tell about the bad one along with the good one.

I'm usually very good with grammar, but I'm drawing a blank on how to make this sentence sound good and professional. Here's the sentence:

If we are not authorized to use it, but proceed to use it anyways, we put ourselves at the risk of a lawsuit, which we would undoubtedly lose.

It's a run-on, and I hate using the word anyways, so if you want the 10 points, those are things that needed to be changed.
By the way, "it" refers to a video-clip, in case you were wondering.
If you're interested in the whole report, I can post it up here, but I don't think you need to read the whole thing. But if you want to, to understand the context, and I can add it.
