Research of Bad Shopping Experiences
Hey everybody, I'm doin a study on shopping experiences. Just two simple questions.

1. How long do you remember good shopping experiences as opposed to bad ones?

2. On average how many people do you tell about the bad one along with the good one.

1. If the service was really good, I tend to remember the experience as long as I can. Usually I do remember the bad experiences only so that I do not go back to that store. So about the same amount of time.

2. I don't normally tell too many people about the bad experience unless it's so bad that I need to warn them to never in their lives go to that store. I definitely share the good experiences.

I continually shop in ideas the undesirable longer - from time to time perpetually. I only tell about the functional reviews in the experience that they were large, no longer only regularly happening. If I do recieve awesome service at the same time as procuring I commonly attempt to recollect that persons call and write a be conscious to the governmentof the shop. i'd probable only aspect out the sturdy to a million-2 human beings.
