okay so here is the question
the graph of y=b^X is the refelction of y=4^x in the y-axis. state the value of b. can the equation of the reflection of y=4^x be written another what? if so what is it?

It would have to be y = 4^(-x).

Usually, the reflection of a function along the y axis is found by substituting -x for x.
