A higher education leads to a better, knowledgable person. It also defines a good career from a bad career. A high scool drop out will, for example, work at a pizza franchise. He wont recieve much on a yearly basis. Someone with a high school dimploma will achieve a greater education plus a higher salary. What kind of value do you attack to your education?

Hey, if anyone knows where to get or to find guides, easy lessons for beginners or whatever in the internet, for free (would be much better if they're free), please tell me, I need help with it.
I'm a college student, and I'm on my 1rst year at it, and I'm taking a career in graphic design, and I have to use those design programs (plenty), and I have no clue of how to use any of them. I have lots of trouble trying to figure out how to make stuff with them, and I fail bringing my homework, and I guess I'm going to fail those classes, too, if I don't update myself on them haha. But well, I have asked my teachers and peers for help but that isn't enough, what they show me is brief and I forget it all instantly. I suck so badly at it, and I'm starting to worry. Thanks.

my partner and i are supposed to come up with a topic to debate about in two separate papers... she will do the pros and i'll do the cons side of a controversal topic.. we'd like to do something where its almost "battle of the sexes" bc she's a girl and i'm a guy and we will be more into the papers if we do that and feel stronger about our position, but any topic would be greatly appreciated.. thank you

I'd like to get some opinions on this. I'm applying for an internship at a web site that only reports on news related to theatre, and the listing says that you should express interest in journalism and theatre. I edit for my college paper, so my interest in journalism will be apparent. That being said, I'm not sure how to explain my interest in theatre. I've seen 33 plays in the past year, but I'm not sure it's appropriate to mention that. I definitely love it, but aside from a playwriting class that I'm currently taking, I don't have much of a background in theatre. Is it appropriate to just gush (hopefully in an intelligent way) about how much I love it? Also, since the listing doesn't say that you should include a resume or writing sample, I'm not entirely sure what my e-mail should say. It says to have a hard copy of your resume ready if you are called in for an interview. Should I treat my e-mail like a cover letter and only include other information if it's requested?

My son wants to go to MIT for robotic engineering. He is currently a sophmore in HS with A's and B's in all of his honors course work. He has not joined any school clubs and has not played sports since little league. He plays the electric guitar for pleasure and is engrossed in playing Magic - The gathering card games. He has worked for the past three years on a very part time basis each summer. Otherwise, he isn't involved in anything else. I think he needs to either join an organization or volunteer in some way. He believes that what he does is enough right now.

I am a sophmore at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, which does not offer law as a major. However i want to take the courses for a law curriculum, so that i can apply and get out of this school. I also would want to minor in psychology, which is another thing this schhol does not offer. I want to apply to a doctoral program in educational leadership. I breezed through my masters prgm yrs ago and I am ready to move on.
