you have to be more specific. Are your referring to the studying the difference between male and females. Or the difference between studying differences among males vs. females.

there's this really big book that gives all these measurements of it, but really, you can usually find a guy and girl that match up of any size, from really little to really big. Everyone varies in bone length and amount of tissue is a specific body segment. You can go with a general idea that guys have more muscle and thicker bones and are usually larger than women, but you can usually find a sized matched female. So i don't think there are any specific differences.
