Start by multiplying the terms so the parenthesis go away

25x^2 + 6x <= 25x^2 +10x + 1
subtract 25 x^2 from both sides
subtract 10x from both sides:

-4x<=1

divide both sides by -4 (reverse the sign)
x>=-1/4
