My grades haven't been their best for the past 3 years and i really want to go to either Penn State or NYU. I would love to bring up my GPA and wait to apply at the end of my senior year,but by that time i have a 1-0% chance of ever getting in. I am really worried. I know its my fault for procrastinating these past years but i really want to go to either of the two. Princeton is the best school for me but with my Previous GPA ranging from 2.1 to a 2.5 I doubt that they would ever accept me even if i scored high on my SAT and got 4.0 s throughout my senior year. I really need good advice

You see, I hate to admit that I have problems with Math, or Math phobia. I have always been very bad at Math. I want to get a college degree, and am not ashamed to start at the very bottom. I just don't want fiancial aid to run out until I do. Do you think you can get a degree even if you are terrible at Math?

This is for philosphy class,From Fredrich Nietzsche On the advantage and Disadvantage of History of life.
The whole statement reads Any knowledge which destroys life destroys itself,for knowledge presupposes life.What does this mean for Nietzsche ,and what view of knowledge is he reacting aganist with this claim.

I recently got accepted into Temple Universtiy (Engineering). Just yesterday i was going to take my last final exam (Calculus 2), however due to a sudden death in my family i was unable to take the final. Temple Universtiy wants my final transcript, and they will see that i did'nt take the final. Would Temple revoke my acceptence?
(I am high school senior going to Temple as a freshman, this fall )

is it not a total departure from the principles of equality on which everything is based. imagine merit taking a back seat in almost all walks of life. and forget abt Indian education becoming top class. the case is this: some people can be lazy and still get into the best institutions in the country just because they are the "low caste" when we break our balls with work and all we see are reduced opportunities. i am from the so called low caste and every time i get admission in some worthwhile place they say its becoz of my caste. and in my life, and in my parents lives not a single thing good has come to us with this reservation.
