how can i know about the best GMAT score scored by someone of a specific country?

I want to know the best score of anyone of my nationality.

Unless you come from a small country filled with uneducated people where few take the GMATs, it is highly likely that the highest GMAT score from someone in your country is 800 -- the top score.

I'd be very surprised if it were otherwise.
