Because he failed, he lost his financial aid. We don't have enough money for summer school and fall semester without the aid. Also this was an school away from home.

I'm LLB (Bachelor in law) from India. I have been practicing law fro more than 3 years after passin Bar council exam in india. I want to study and practice law in US. What is the eligibility for sitting in Bar exam? Do I need to do LLM from some US law university? What are the requirements of Maryland state bar? How many credits do I need to study for LLM to sit for Maryland or DC or NY Bar exam? I have heard that its different from state to state. What are the job prospects for foreign lawyer after doing LLM in US? How much time does it take to finish study before becoming atorney in US if you start with LLM and already LLB from India? I am contemplating taking 3 classes during the summer session that are required courses. My classes meet during the whole week and I would have to be on campus on Monday for 2 hours (1 class), Tuesday 8 hours (3 classes), Wed. 5 hours (2 classes) and thurs 5 hours (2 classes) . What do you think? Does it sound too grueling or is it possible to get through? Any experiences to share that might help me to decide?
