i have admits from cal state univ northridge and long beach and i am confused as to which university should i go to for my graduate studies. i will be joining in electrical department and my main interest is digital electonics, vlsi and cmos logic.

For graduate school, the reputation of the school is the secondary factor.
The primary factor in deciding is to look at the programs and find 2 or 3 professors you could see yourself working for. It can be the longest 2-3 (masters) or 4-6 (PhD) years of your life if you choose the wrong advisor, so I hear.
