You contradicted yourself. At the time of being conceived means that you WILL be born...unless your momma aborts you. You might not be "you", you might be "somebody else", but you will be here in one form or another.

Not as you are now because the genetic makeup would be different. Therefore, "you" would not have been born, but another individual with the genetic makeup of the woman who conceived and the man who fertilized would indeed have been born.
