if ur asking if we, as humans, can be sure the no one else exists on the other planets? then no..no one can be so sure, but the facts gathered about the other planets, such as chemicals in the air, etc... can tell something about the planets..

I think we can safely say no other human exists in our solar system. There may be some forms of life we haven't identified, but I seriously doubt they are sentient beings like humans.

We can be pretty sure that there is no life on the other planets in our solar system because it is too cold or too hot, no air, or water. There are a lot of other solar systems though.
