Neither, go to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. That's were I'm going it's awesome. It's the second biggest University in the United States. It also has Carlson school of Management one of the best schools in the country. It also has wonderful study abroad programs, I plan to go to Egypt and study in Cairo University in my junior year. Later I also plan to attend Law School. Plus it's diverse so many clubs to join. A big beautiful campus, in the heart of the twin Cities and it's one of the Big Ten schools. Also you experience the four seasons in Minnesota. I know U of M is ranked in the top 20, and the life here is awesome. You get a great degree with a wonderful; college experience.
