All the books I see on preparing for law school are about the LSAT, choosing schools, how to study, etc...I'm looking for a book that outlines (not like a detailed commercial outline for current students) the first year classes. I.e. like this is what a contract is, these are the types, this is what a tort is, etc... I can't find any on Amazon...any advice?

Being a Junior at the moment, it has always been my dream to end up there studying Environmental law and Psychology later. I am the kind of person who will not stop until the goal is accomplished, making realities happen. However, deep down I am scared to death- it's a what if I won't..thing. I am very determined and have two more years to prepare I suppose.
Any realistic humanitarian advice for the future?

I need help with learning the doubt tenses and past participle tenses. I just want to know if anyone has a website where I could get a Spanish speaking pen pal who knows English well enough to communicate, who maybe I could help teach English to as well.

GP&L sold $1,000,000 of 12%, 30year, semiannual payment bonds 15 years ago. The bonds are not callable, but they do have a sinking fund which required GP&L to redeem 5% of the original face value of the issue each year ($50,000), beginning in year 11. To date, 25% of the issue has been retired. The company can either call bonds at par for sinking fund purposes or purchase bonds on teh open market, spending sufficient money to redeem 5% of the original face value each year. If the nominal yeild to maturity (15years remaining) on the bonds is currently 14%, what is the least amount of money GP&L must put up to satisfy the sinking fund provision?
