Work at a restaurant as a waiter. Decent money and you walk out with some cash every time you work, flexible hours and you'll probably have a decent time while you're working too.

This depends on how many hours you are carrying, what your subject area is, and if you are able to travel (drive, ride the bus, catch a ride, etc) to your work destination.
You may want to try a an on campus job. Work about 20-25 hours a week. Most of them pay min. wage, maybe more. These jobs offer flexibility (you can change your schedule to adjust to your class load).
If you work off campus, you may get a job that pays more and gives you more hours. They are not as flexible.
Remember, you are there to learn and earn your degree. You will need to set your priorities.
Good luck.

Try seeing if there are jobs within the university itself. Most universities have student jobs in their offices that will pay minimum wage and they work around the student's schedule too.
