It's true.... 16 is "less than or equal to" (equal to) 16, and 16 is "greater than" 0. You should have learned that in class. Think of it this way, the s are like Pacman, they "eat" the bigger number...
Ex: 3 < 6

The inequality can only be false if it contradicts its self. So yes 16 is greater than two yet still equals itsself.
