What do I have to do to become a plastic surgeon?

What steps/classes do I have to take?

1- four years of college (any major) with a pre medicine program.

2- four years of medicine (that's if you get accepted)

3- three years of general surgery residency.

4- two to three years of plastic surgery residency.

that's a tottal of 13 or 14 years.

Study pre-med in college, get good grades there, take the MCAT, and apply to medical school.

Plastic surgeons go through medical school.
