Well I am a gamer, I know it means good, or skilled, and I am thinking it's off the word elite, which means powerful, mighty, alpha. But I'm not positive.... thanks all!!!!

Well, i just finished my first semester of college and I dont even know if I passed one class but all the others i got b's in. I feel that college isnt really for me but at the same time, my parents will kick my ***(not literally) bc they want me to get a good education and make good money. My dad has always pushed me in education making sure that i turn out better than he did and not have to go waht he went through. But deciding on a major felt empty bc i didnt really want to do any of them. My passion is in fitness and training. Also, i have been told that i should be a model and I really want to do that and hopefully get discovered as an actor later on. The major problem is that i dont think there will be any money if i dont get a college degree and I want to live the big money lifestyle so i can give a better life for my loved ones in the future. Sometimes i feel like i just want to stop with school and be a trainer and then move to California or NY and try working as a model.

Part of me wants to do it, because i would have a better reputation and be more respected by my teacher, but part of me doesn't want to do it because it will add too much stress to me and embarrass me. I already have my classes to focus on, i'm on a basketball team and, and i am working on getting my eagle scout rank. Hardly anybody knows i'm in band, if i make it to the honor band, they announce it to the whole school. People make fun of people in band. *band geeks*
I know i shouldn't worry about what other people think...
And I don't have much time to decide, so i need answers quickly!!!

a letter from the phrase, AWAY IN A MANGER.
In other words, the first sentence will begin with the letter "A." ; The second sentence, with the letter" W ", etc. The last sentence will begin with the letter, "R." The story will have 13 sentences.

tonight i'm planing on sneaking a guy into my house... i live with my grandparents so they go to bed around 9 or 10. the problem is their bedroom is right next to mine and the house is an older house and when you psychically make noise (by movement) it sends vibrations to their room. & the lock on the door isn't that good.

i'm not looking for a motherly hint as "DONT do IT" ;;
i just need good advice for the situation !

Can they find out the name of the person who lives there. I'm talking about just any average person, not like a cop or anything. And also if it doesn't state the street address in the phone book to identify the person.

I am a New Zealander trying to get an idea of what her GPA would be. I have a couple of questions abou the GPA in general too.
Is it done by year or for your whole undergrad?
Would having a higher qualification "wipe out" the importance of your GPA score?
And is there no distinction between an A and an A-?

My grades in my last year of uni were A (This was for my dissertation) A A- A-

Any help would be appreciated
