I wish you and your family a happy and prosperous New Year.

"I" is singular, so you need a singular verb.

"You and your" would be correct.

"Both of you" would be correct.

Southern is simply a contraction of the plural - y'all is you all.
" I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year" or whatever it is you want to say
"I wish you and your family ......." is another possibility
"Best wishes to one and all" another

I like the first answerer's answer. You could also say 'I wish all of you' . . . .

You can speak 'Southern' and say, "I wish yawl..." but you don't have to go that far. "I wish you all..." is also perfectly good English.
