I've been in college for seven years and I will be graduating in a month with an associates degree in general business. I'm burnt out, I don't want to go back to school for anything else. But everyone I've met with a degree in general business is holding minimum wage jobs - delivering newspapers and flipping burgers. What can I do exactly with this degree. I want to have my own business in something some day, but I don't have a clue what.

Darwin's theory of evolution is often used as an anti-religious weapon, especially by politicians who control public-school education. Learning evolution in school is often connected with denial of creation by God.

The following citation from Darwin's book (On The Origin of Species, 6th edition, p.429, the closing paragraph of the Conclusion) will probably come as a shock to those anti-religious political evolutionists:

"There is grandeur in this view of life, with its several powers, having been originally breathed by the Creator into a few forms or into one..."

Darwin himself believed that life on earth was started by "the Creator", everything else is minor details. As it says in Genesis (ch.2, v.7): "...and He (God) breathed into him a breath of life."

When a teacher is required to teach the subject matter of Darwin's book, is the teacher also allowed to teach the closing paragraph of the same book?

I have 8 W's (withdrawls) on my transcripts, from my local community college. I plan on transferring to a university soon, because I'm almost finished with all my generals (AA). What do I do about these w's?? I heard that they do not transfer over to your university, but that they will still see them when you initially transfer over and are accepted in. I want to go to my state's public university. It is definately just that, a public university, and just about anyone can get in, it seems. I believe I just take the SAT, then learn if I'm accepted?? And I'm pretty sure the minimum GPA to transfer is 3.0 . Anyway, what do I do about these W's!!?! I'm scared they're going to impact me negatively, in a great BIG way. I dropped a whole semester and then
some, a few years ago. Now I have to live with my withdrawls. It sucks, but I guess it was my choice! Is there anyway to wipe the w's off, or to clear transcripts?? I need help!!! Thanks :0)

This may sound like a silly question to some, but I am just curious. I got my Bachelor's degree in Political Science. I've decided I would like to teach or become a professor and I'd like to specialize in History. So I'd like to get a Master's in History, but I was wondering if you needed a Bachelor's degree in History to qualify for a Master's in History. I only took a few History courses during my undergrad year. I would imagine maybe it would be a problem if you got a Bachelor's in Chemistry or Phys Ed., etc., but I think Political Science and History are similar in many ways.

Ok, here the problem. I'm in year 11 at the mo, and we have to start deciding what carrer we want to pursue. At the moment im predicted 5 A*s and 4 A's at G.C.S.E. But all my friends and family are saying that I should be a doctor, but I don't know if I could cope with all the work and stress! I really don't know what to do, cos I would really like to be a doctor but I dont know if i have the brains for it even with these predicted grades, cos i still have to get them yet! Please help!
