Ok, here the problem. I'm in year 11 at the mo, and we have to start deciding what carrer we want to pursue. At the moment im predicted 5 A*s and 4 A's at G.C.S.E. But all my friends and family are saying that I should be a doctor, but I don't know if I could cope with all the work and stress! I really don't know what to do, cos I would really like to be a doctor but I dont know if i have the brains for it even with these predicted grades, cos i still have to get them yet! Please help! What do you think I should do...?

Talk to your school's guidance counselor. He/she can give you ideas about what you might want to do, and how you can proceed. There are psychological tests that can give you an idea of what kind of career you might be good at.

And don't worry that everyone says you should be a doctor. Everyone does that to people who have high grades. But you could be just as happy in other fields. It's up to you to do some digging and find out what sounds good to you.
