I have to start this essay for my dream school and since I started the application process I've been procrastinating writing the essay (I know, not a good thing) because I feel like I don't really know how to start. I have my point, I know what I want to say and kinda how to answer the question and keep the topic, but I don't know how to start it.....

I know I know... lame to ask but I need help, if I don't get admitted in this school I'll be forever sad that's why I'm so stressed and I don't want to make any mistake. Another thing, I'm ESOL and I'm afraid of mistakes since english is not my 1st language. Do you know about any web site that can help? any advices?

I have a student who wants to come in early in the morning for tutoring, but he has an A in my class. I talked with him about it on Friday and I explained that he doesn't need tutoring, but he said he wants an A+.

I told him that he really doesn't need the extra help to get an A+, but that he just needs to keep working hard and studying and he'll be fine.

What would you do? Would you go in early to help an A student get an A+?

Area: Balloon Science

Idea:

Using gas to blow up a balloon

You will need

1 bottle

a funnel

baking soda

vinegar

balloon

pour about 1/4 cup of vinegar into bottle

use funnel to put about 2 tablespoons of baking soda into balloon

wrap the ring of the balloon around the top of the bottle. lift balloon to allow baking soda to sprinkle in. A chemical reaction between the vinegar and the baking soda will create a gas that will inflate the balloon. the kids think that it is magic.

so for a class we have to interpret it. our teacher thinks that since we are an "honors class "
she can assign us projects with little instruction. there is no specified length. so 2 sentences? sure. i just don't get shakespeare at all. i dont understand why we can't just read 1984 or Catcher like everyone else. we've had to read confusing shakespeare for 3 years. i think we get it. but nooo.

I'm attending a college with a bad reputation.My major isn't even here but this is where I ended up.I made every attempt to go elsewhere but still ended up here.I can do a program where I can get my general studies then transfer somewhere better and recieve all my credits.I can just transfer somewhere and lose some of my credits. This is just my freshman year so I have time to change my mind.What do I do.The college that I am at now don't really give you the college experience except for living in the dorm.No football team and its a black college.Do I give up my credits for a better school or do I transfer through the program the college where I am transferring to is USC (South Carolina) major is electrical engineering.I attend Morris but its not bad it has mess up accreditations.If I stay it won't my junior year before I can transfer unless I take summer classes.I've made friends here I'd make friend through the engineering program because I'd be at USC a lot doing research in summer.
