you write decimal as percent by moving the decimal point two places to the right
Ex. 1.92
move the decimal point two places to the right so it will be
192.
and since you moved the decimal it changes to a %
so it will be 192%

heres another one
Ex. 2.5
0 is attatched so the decimal point can be moved two places to the right
so 2.50

then move your decimal two places to the right
so it will be 250.
then turn the decimal to a percent sign

250%
