I am really bad at math and I need help with this question.

Caroline's puppy weighed 48 ounces when it was three months old. If the puppy's qeight increased by 22% during the next month, how much did it weigh at the end of four months?

For this question I go 67 ounces, but I am sure that is qrong. Can someone else help me with this problem and tell me what they did to solve it?

People keep saying "dat" in my answers, here is an example from another question:

"tell him dat ur scared "

I might be wrong but I thought the word was "that".

I know I probably sound pompous, but come on, that is just lazy!
