I'm not going to get very much from the federal government or scholarships, and my parents aren't paying for college. Does anyone know which banks/lenders have a good reputation for offering manageable student loans? I live in Indianapolis, IN.

I am looking for the latin form of this quote from Cicero:

"A room without books is like a body without a soul."

Please give the source of your translation. I've already looked it up on one of those online english to latin translators, but anyone who speaks more than one language and has used those knows there's always room for errors. This is what I got from one of the translation sites:

"A cella vacuus libri est amo a somes vacuus a animus"

Thanks in advance!

Create a new Holiday. Name it. Give us the reasons for celebrating it. Stick a date on it. Heck..suggest HOW we should celebrate it.

I am writing about 19th century literature and i want to ask a rhetorical question that i will be answering later. To what extent do authors write from personal experience ... Is society portrayed how they percived it to be in their own experience or are there restrictive measures placed upon what they can or cannot write about as women writers.

Does that make sense ... the use of the words 'restrictive measures' in that sentence or can i say it in a better way?

Thanks everybody who might answer

Why do so many people think that regular and frequent are the same thing? For example, you may hear somebody say that they get regular exercise. This could mean that on the 1st of January every 5 years they do some exercise but most people hear the phrase "regular exercise" and get an image of somebody exercising very often - i.e. frequently.

Where does this confusion come from?
